Xingtai Zhongde Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. recently announced the successful development and launch of its all-new Ore Color Sorter series—Zhongde ZD-OR800. Designed for high-precision separation of quartz sand, fluorite, potassium feldspar, and tungsten ore, this equipment integrates advanced multi-spectral imaging technology and AI recognition algorithms, marking a major breakthrough in intelligent solid material sorting.
With rising demands for mining efficiency and environmental protection, traditional sorting methods can no longer meet modern industry needs. Zhongde's ZD-OR800 uses the self-developed "SharpEye" seventh-generation high-speed CCD imaging system, capturing ore details over 20,000 times per second.
Its core multi-spectral fusion analysis technology identifies mineral composition via near-infrared scanning, achieving 99.5%+ accuracy in ore separation. The built-in AI self-learning model optimizes algorithms continuously for stable long-term performance.
The ZD-OR800 processes up to 25 tons per hour, with a 1-millisecond response ejection system. It features a fully enclosed dust-proof design, complying with green mine standards.
